Publication Forum review of ratings in 2022

At the beginning of 2023, a new Publication Forum classification was published. This report describes the implementation and main features of the 2023 classification. The report describes JUFO’s background, maintenance and operations, the classification criteria and processes of the re-evaluation of levels 2 and 3 carried out in 2022, the characteristics of the 2023 classification, and the key changes in university publishing in 2016–2021.
